Home / LP terms of use — public betaLP terms of use — public betaUse conditions for the LP browser cleanup beta: photo rights, sexual-content restrictions, local storage and result review.Browser cleanup betaLP is operated by David Brussels, an individual based in the United Kingdom. The designated contact is [email protected]; the operator has confirmed that the mailbox receives email. These conditions cover LP’s browser photo cleanup beta. Brush over an unwanted object or background distraction and use Remove to fill that area from its surroundings. No free-text image generation is offered in this website release. The beta can fail or produce imperfect repairs. Device support and result quality vary. Review the result before using it for a client assignment or sharing it.Use photographs you are entitled to editUse photographs and other material only when you have the rights and permissions needed for the intended edit and use of the result. Consider the photographer's rights, the subject's permission, client agreements and any restrictions on third-party materials. Possessing a file does not automatically grant all rights to edit or publish it.Review whether a generated change would misrepresent a person, product or event before sharing it. Do not use LP to create abusive, exploitative or unlawful material or to deceive others about a person's consent.Respect the content restrictionsDo not use sexual source photographs, sexual material involving minors, non-consensual intimate material or abusive or unlawful content. Use only material you are entitled to edit.Local source and result checks remain enabled, including refusal on uncertainty or failure. The operator has waived classifier calibration for this beta; detection accuracy is not established. Client-side controls on a user-controlled device cannot guarantee enforcement. This is not permission to bypass the restrictions.Accounts and local setupSign in with Google to download the Toolkit and use account features. Protect your account and do not share credentials or session tokens. Sign-in does not create a cloud backup of your photos.Setup downloads local processing software and checks package integrity. A compatible browser, graphics capability and enough storage are required. Toolkit licences and attribution notices are available in Help and included in the package.Keep the original and review every resultRepairs can blur textures, reconstruct details incorrectly or leave visible traces. Keep the original and inspect each result before relying on it.Keep source files separately. Normal-session projects use browser-local storage, can remain after sign out and can be lost through browser cleanup or storage limits. A finished-image download and an editable project download serve different purposes; check exported files before relying on them.Privacy and online servicesThe current build does not upload project photos, masks or repaired results. Google and Neon sign-in are online services, and editing preferences sync to your account. Email you deliberately send to support leaves the local photo workflow. Signed-in support and feedback submissions are saved in our Neon inbox for up to 90 days. The signed-in public website automatically records account-linked feature actions and timings for 12 months as a required part of the service. There is no analytics opt-in or opt-out, and browser privacy signals do not disable these records. Photos and typed content are excluded from usage records. Localhost, loopback, private beta and Incognito usage recording remain disabled. Read the privacy notice for current services, local storage, content-checking limitations and account-data requests.Availability and changesBeta functionality may change and availability or result quality is not guaranteed. Initial access is free; this release does not offer a paid subscription.LP does not take ownership of your photographs. These conditions do not waive mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
